General contact
Questions, feedback and support
For ordinary questions about DNA_CHECKS, the website, a report job or the project itself, use the general contact address.
If your message relates to a report job, include the job ID if you still have it. Do not attach the raw DNA file.
Privacy & security
Use a dedicated route for sensitive concerns
Privacy rights requests and security reports are separated from ordinary project correspondence.
[email protected] — data-protection questions, rights requests, deletion concerns or privacy complaints.
[email protected] — suspected vulnerabilities, unintended data exposure or other security concerns.
Raw DNA and generated reports can contain highly sensitive personal information. A support conversation should begin with the minimum information needed to identify the issue.
Report support
What to include when something goes wrong
A small amount of non-genetic context is usually enough to investigate a failed or confusing report workflow.
Job ID, approximate time, browser/device, the page or stage that failed, and the exact error message.
Your raw DNA file, screenshots of clinical findings, full report contents or payment-card information.
Describe the checkout or refund problem without sending card details. Payment-card data is handled by the payment provider.
